Responsibilities:
Manage hospitality bookings, including handling inquiries, making reservations, and confirming availability
Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing booking inquiries, adjustments, and cancellations
Guide clients through the booking process, ensuring seamless experiences and catering to special requests
Process payments, oversee bookings, and maintain necessary documentation. This remote opportunity provides the flexibility to work from anywhere with an internet connection, allowing you to achieve work-life balance
Requirements:
Strong communication skills with a warm and welcoming demeanor
